Skyline Window Cleaning, Inc. was established in Phoenix in 1992. Skyline Window Cleaning, Inc. is a family owned and operated company, which consists of Phil Sweeney, President and his wife Sharon Sweeney, Secretary Treasurer. We believe that we can provide immediate service to you and your clients with quick, local and individual attention.

We would like to take this opportunity to submit profiles of our Management staff, Phil Sweeney and Kathy Adams.

Philip Sweeney:
Phil has worked from the ground up, in all facets of the window cleaning business and has fifty (50) years' experience. His personal interest in our clients cleaning needs and his strict adherence to safety requirements is well appreciated by the business/residential communities. He focuses his attention on complete customer satisfaction, along with that of all his staff.

Kathy Adams:
Kathy joined the Skyline team in 1999. As Business Manager her duties include Executive Assistant to the President, A/R, A/P, Daily Invoicing, Monthly Work Orders, Human Resources & Payroll and Customer Service & Client Correspondence. She also manages the office staff.

Pressure Wash:
We pressure wash high rise buildings, walkways & parking lots. We use 1-to 4,000 PSI - hot water, truck mounted systems, depending upon specific requirements of the project. All chemicals used by Skyline are biodegradable.

INSURANCE:
We are covered by workers compensation and have a $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance and $5,000,000 Excess Liability. Our company is also bonded.
